5G-A URLLC automotive flexible production line

Traditional industrial control relies on the wired network to achieve the series and control of equipment, communication cables in the robot arm, slide table, turntable and other mobile application scenarios for a long time to run wear leads to production disruption, resulting in an annual average of about 60 hours of downtime. The high reliability and low delay characteristics of 5G-A network make 5G-A network suitable for high-end core manufacturing links that require high reaction speed. After the wireless replacement of industrial networks, the wired shackles are fundamentally eliminated. At the same time, compared with wired networks, 5G-A is simpler in network deployment and helps flexible manufacturing. In addition, the 5G-A network can integrate the functions of two dedicated lines of data acquisition (IT) and industrial control (OT) to achieve "one-network efficiency."
